Recruitment Policy

If you are interested in |ATS|, you need to look at the following requirements and see if you meet with the qualifications. We are a clan that while prefers people who can play well, find it better to have people interested that are good in character and would make a good addition to the clan as a person who works and plays well with others. Skill can always be taught.

The Following are requirements to join |ATS|

-A Working Email

-A Working IM Program (Preferably Xfire, AIM also good)

-A Sponsorship of an Officer or Executive (Anyone of the Rank 2nd Lt. or Above)

-DAF experience of at least 2 weeks.

-An Active participation on the Forums or Server (and won't disappear for a month after recruitment)

-Finally, they also need to be willing to learn and follow orders, and not run off doing whatever they want during practices or matches, or during a serious public game (During casual games, it is fine to lax and enjoy oneself, this however doesn't mean TKing everyone)

If you become a member of |ATS|, you will be required to treat everyone with at least minimal respect, which include subordinates and non-members. There are exceptions, depending if the person treats you with severe disrespect.
